Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

Small Parcel

10% (minimum of $20)

Standard Freight

10% for orders under $7500 (minimum charge of $175)

Standard Freight, Large Transaction

Orders over $7500 qualify for flat rate shipping of $249

White Glove

25% (minimum charge of $350)

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Item remains in factory packaging. Outside delivery, shipped via a small parcel delivery service such as FedEx or UPS. White Glove Delivery – Includes delivery, unpacking of goods, assembly, item placement, and packaging and debris removal. These items ship on specialized carriers with limited tracking visibility. Final delivery will be made by a third party vendor.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We do not ship to FPO and APO nor PO boxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
