New York City has three airports.

LaGuardia which handles mainly domestic flights. It is located in the Borough of Queens. You can use public transportation to Manhattan which will be $2.00. NYC yellow taxicabs with toll and tip to Manhattan is about $18. Car services and charter type buses will cost you whatever the going rate is and whatever they can get out of you. Be very careful about establishing the cost before entering the vehicle and make sure it is licensed by the City.

Kennedy Airport is the large international airport. It is also located in the Borough of Queens. You can use public transportation to Manhattan which will cost you $2.00. You can use the train to the plane for an additional $5.00. NYC yellow taxicabs is about $50 with tolls and tip. Car services and charter type buses will cost you whatever the going rate is and whatever they can get out of you. Be very careful about establishing the cost before entering the vehicle and make sure it is licensed by the City.

Newark Airport handles both domestic and international flights and it is located in the State of New Jersey. Taxicabs, car services and charter type buses will cost you whatever the going rate is and whatever they can get out of you. At all of these airports, it is best to contact the nearest police person and ask for his/her advice. The last thing you want is to get into an unlicensed vehicle that has a driver that will rip you off. It is unfortunate that your first contact with New York City will be one that requires you to be so on your toes and watching out for skullduggery.

Our garage will permit me to make a pickup if you are arriving on the day of your tour and will also permit taking you to the airport for your departure if it is on the day of your tour at absolutely no additional charge. And, if you are coming and going on the same day of the tour, you can get both the pickup and the departure.

Even if you are not taking a tour, I can do an arrival or a departure. The garage charges $146 per each trip for this service.
